Franchill Ltd became involved at the very outset of this project. With no back yard space available and no permission to mount any units on the outside walls, we were asked to design and supply a system to refrigerate the display cases and air-condition the store. The Franchill Modula unit is a very adaptable unit as it is fully packaged including the condenser and can have various air flow arrangements. The unit below is designed to take air in and out on the same face whilst minimising air recirculation.

We were asked by our customer to supply two 170kW water chillers for an air-conditioning application. Both of the chillers had to be fully dismantleable so that the individual components could be carried up a flight of stairs and then reassembled in the plant room. Working closely with Bicold SRL, our manufacturer in Italy, we supplied the chillers complete with disassembly and reassembly instructions. Full technical support and backup is given from our office in the UK.
